System Description
Sampling System
Stainless steel or quartz glass capillary with corresponding filter membrane. Features two-stage pressure reduction and a heating jacket (room temperature to 200°C) for stable gas delivery.
Vacuum System
Combines a turbomolecular pump with an oil-free diaphragm dry pump. A full-range vacuum gauge monitors pressure to ensure stable operation. The stainless steel chamber includes a heating jacket (up to 200°C) for baking and degassing, with independent temperature control of the chamber and sample tube.
Quadrupole System
Includes an electron bombardment ion source, a quadrupole mass separator, and a high-sensitivity detector for accurate mass analysis.
Data Processing System
Multi-channel gas detection software supports both qualitative and quantitative analysis and is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Applications
Coupled with a Chemisorption Analyzer
Enables real-time analysis during TPD, TPR, and adsorption/desorption experiments, providing insight into reaction kinetics, active site distribution, and structure–property relationships.
Coupled with a Reactor System
Provides real-time detection of reaction products from microreactors under simulated industrial conditions, supporting catalyst evaluation and process development.
Coupled with a Breakthrough Curve Analyzer
Enables continuous monitoring of outlet gas composition during adsorption and separation studies.
Coupled with TGA or STA
Enables synchronous gas analysis during thermal analysis experiments. TGA-MS and STA-MS systems are widely used for polymers, inorganic materials, and organic–inorganic composites.
